Join Our Dive Team!
Divemasters and Instructors Wanted
We are seeking dive professionals to join our team here at Beyond Land Adventures! As part of our team, you will lead guided dives, assist with or teach classes, and help people discover the beauty of the underwater world!
What You'll Do:
- Lead guided dives in the San Diego area (shore and boat dives)
- Teach group and private scuba classes (Open Water to Instructor Development)
- Work flexible schedules, mostly weekends
Prerequisites:
- Certified SSI Divemaster (Active Teaching Status)
- Cold water and shore diving experience
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and dive gear
- Pass written, interview, confined/open water evaluations
Preferred Qualifications:
- SSI Advanced Open Water Instructor or higher
- 50+ issued certifications
- Dive teaching experience in San Diego
- Knowledge of local dive sites
