Guided Dives and Trips become nonrefundable 14 days prior to the date of the start date of the original reservation date. All Guided Dive and Trips booked within 14 days of the start date are nonrefundable 24 hours after booking. All Guided Dives and Trips are not guaranteed until confirmed via email by Beyond Land Adventures. All rental bookings associated with Guided Dives and Trips may only be refunded if the corresponding trip is also eligible for a refund.

All Guided Dives and Trips may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the date of the dive at no additional charge. Any Guided Dive or Trip that is rescheduled is not eligible for refunds regardless of the rescheduled date.

All participants must be certified through a World Recreational SCUBA Training Council member agency and present proof of certification on the day of the dive. Failure to provide proof of certification will result in the dives being cancelled with no refund. All divers must complete paperwork related to the dive. All divers must adhere to safe diving practices, plan their dives, and dive their plans.
